SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be processed and shipped to you within 5-10 business days. However, I strive to process and ship items sooner than within 5 days. Please allow extra time over holidays and periods of extreme weather conditions that could interrupt deliveries.ā€‹

  • All shipping costs and options will be generated at checkout. All packages will come with a tracking number. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.ā€‹

  • Depending on the items purchased, you may have multiple shipments. Some items ship from my store, and some items ship directly from my printing partner. All shipments will come with tracking.

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is not delivered or is damaged due to mishandling, please file a claim with the selected shipping service.ā€‹

  • International shipping is available at a flat rate cost to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. ā€‹

  • To help reduce waste, I ship using both new and recycled packaging but rest assured items will be packed safely and with care to limit any potential damage during the shipping process.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Unfortunately, due to the production line, I cannot change or cancel your order or shipping address after the order is placed. In certain exceptional circumstances, if your order has not yet been shipped, I will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please note that changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Should you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me via email.

  • I cannot accept returns or exchanges because each item is made to order and shipped directly to you (and sometimes by my printing partner). However, if you have any concerns regarding an item you have received, please do not hesitate to contact me via email. I will make every effort to address and resolve your issue promptly.
